Remove openpyxl dependency for datamaps `import` command
Nothing wrong with it - just don't need most of it and we may get a performance increase in parsing the files without it.
This milestone relates to the first chunk of work being done, that of parsing the multiple spreadsheets selected for export to a master. This relates to the datamaps command import master -m.
